Following are the top movies during the first decade of the 21st century that I have seen (and remember). That leaves off the movies I haven't seen and neglects the ones that I barely remember. I'm certain that I've left off a few films that I really do love, but if you're wondering where something like Requiem for a Dream fits in ... its ommission is deliberate. Despite an outstanding supporting acting performance, its predictable banal narrative was barely tolerable the first viewing. I'm listing films that I love/like enough to sit through multiple times.
